This is the description for the rp with my character Bass.

In the new world of Terrace, the social classes of rich and poor, high class and low class are no more, because all live in a wonderful, high class utopia with happy people. This utopian world is below only one being, Monarch, the current leader from a long line of family members known as the High Order Bloodline. This family has run Terrace since its creation and has been known for its divine kindness and care for its people. Sadly, as the rejected members of this society who live in the ruined ancient cities that Terrace were built upon have known since their birth, this is not true. The High Order Bloodline has run Terrace with manipulation and fear. They built this utopia as a means to keep those they considered as the "master race" of humanity. All who are not perfect in their eyes are killed on the spot. But the citizens of the Slums have faced a prejudice that is even worse then death. The Reapers mysteriously started being born just a little before the start of Terrace. These Reapers as they were called, had unnatural powers, and wielded weapons that were called scythes. They were raised normally till they could walk and talk, and then thrown into the abandoned world below. Here they would have to fend for themselves. For a while it was a great way to simply exterminate them as they did with other "imperfections" but soon, they began somehow surviving long enough to form a "society." Now they live in these Slums, split into districts either ruled over by powerful gangs of Reapers, or in complete Anarchy. There are a select few unruled areas that are stable, but no matter where in the Slums you go, violence is a constant. Reapers are constantly killing and fighting either in gang wars, or simple rivalries, making the sight of combat a norm for even a simple walk through the streets. Since the start of the Slums society, fighting has become a little more subtle, allowing for a dark but relatively peaceful life with businesses, neighborhoods, and more recently, transport such as cars or even public trains. Soon, however, Slums and Terrace alike may be thrown into turmoil by the hateful actions of 2 Reapers against the hierarchy of the Upper World...
